EasyUC for Cisco
CCX applications, scripts, prompts and documents
Change applications and their script parameters, read scripts as a flow diagram.
In EasyUC: EasyUC Cisco → Contact Center Express → Applications / Script / Documents / Prompts
What it is for
In the CCX, an application links a number (trigger) to a script and its parameters. Under Applications you see all applications with type, script, status and maximum sessions and can change description, status, script, fallback script and script parameters. This part of the interface is labelled in German in version 4.8.7, also when the interface language is English. Labels and messages are quoted as shown.
Under Script, Documents and Prompts you browse the repositories of the CCX. EasyUC opens a script in AEF format as a flow diagram with steps, connections and variables. The original remains unchanged.
In the diagram you can create a local draft for planning and export it as a JSON file. Such a draft is not an executable CCX script. Changing and publishing AEF files is not available in this version. Documents and prompts are only listed.
