Visiting the website
When you open a page, our web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser identifier and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the page and keep the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies
The information pages set no cookies. Only when you open a page with a form, such as the contact form, do we set a technically necessary session cookie (euc.sid). It protects the form against misuse and expires after eight hours without activity.
If you choose a language in the customer portal, that choice is stored in a cookie (lang).
Fonts
All fonts are served from our own server. Visiting this website does not open a connection to Google Fonts or any other provider.
Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we store what you enter (name, company, email address, phone number, country, topic, message and the page language) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or quote is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your rights

EasyUC installations
This notice covers this website only. EasyUC itself runs on our customers' servers. We do not process the call data, recordings, traces or phonebooks created there. The organisation operating EasyUC is the controller for that data.
