Reports and analysis
Evaluate device registrations
Filter the registration status of all phones and clean up devices unregistered for a long time.
In EasyUC: EasyUC Cisco → Reporting → Bestand & Systemzustand → Device Registrations
What it is for
The report shows for each phone whether it is registered with the CUCM, with IP address, firmware (load ID) and directory number. This lets you find devices that have not been registered for days, for example dismantled phones or unused softphones.
For this, EasyUC records the registration status of the devices at intervals. Devices that have been unregistered for a long time can be marked for deletion directly from the report.
Prerequisites
- Permission View Device Registrations Page (
ROLE_APP_VIEW_DEVICE_REGISTRATION_PAGE). - Registration capture is set up on the CUCM connection.
- To delete the entire history, the role
ROLE_APP_ADMIN.
Step by step

Check the result and troubleshoot
- After filtering, the list shows only the matching devices with the total count.
- Restore Pending: A restore is running for the device.
- If the list stays empty, check the registration capture on the CUCM connection.
- "Do you want to delete all device registrations? The delete process will run in the background!" concerns the history, not the devices in the CUCM.
