EasyUC for Microsoft Teams
View Teams users
View the users of the Microsoft directory with their numbers, devices and calls.
In EasyUC: EasyUC Teams → Teams → Teams Tenants → tenant → Users
What it is for
The Users section shows the users of this tenant’s Microsoft directory. The list comes straight from Microsoft Graph and is not maintained in EasyUC. It is for looking things up: who has which number, which Teams phone, which calls went through the SBC.
EasyUC uses the same Graph data in other places: the phonebook can import Teams users, the attendant console maps attendants to Teams accounts, and the agent workplace shows Teams presence. Without Graph access these functions stay empty.
You cannot change users here. Assign phone numbers in the Number plan section.

- The app registration has the application permission
User.Read.Allwith admin consent.

Check the result and narrow down errors
- Success: the total number of users is shown above the list, and the search returns hits.
- “Microsoft Graph credentials are missing” Click Go to the settings, enter directory ID, application ID and client secret and click Test credentials.
- “This tenant does not return any user.” The sign-in works, but the
User.Read.Allpermission is missing or has no admin consent. - “No user matches this search.” Shorten the search; all words must be in the same entry.
- “The users could not be loaded.” Check the Graph access and whether the client secret has expired.
- The details show “No physical Teams devices assigned.” for the devices. This is normal for users who only use the Teams client.
- The list is cached briefly. A change in Microsoft appears after about a minute at the latest and after Reload.
