End-user portal

Your own call list on the dashboard

View and search incoming, outgoing and missed calls of your own numbers.

EasyUC · Version 4.8.7

In EasyUC: Enduser portal → Dashboard → Call List

What it is for

The Call List shows your recent calls: whom you called, who called you and which calls you missed. You see only calls of your own numbers.

The data comes from the call detail records (CDR) that CUCM delivers to EasyUC. A call therefore appears only after CUCM has transferred the record, not at the moment you hang up.

Prerequisites

  • The enduser portal is switched on for your CUCM connection (Enable Enduser Local Site) and you can sign in.
  • The administrators have released Call history on dashboard.
  • The CDR input is set up for your CUCM connection. Without CDR data the list stays empty.
  • At least one number is assigned to you.

Step by step

  1. Open the Dashboard. The Call List area is at the top left.
  2. Select the view: All Calls, Received Calls or Placed Calls.
  3. To search for a number, type it into the Search phone number field and press Enter or click the arrow.
  4. Per row, read the other party, date and time, the device used and the call duration.
  5. Use the arrows below the list to page to older calls.
  6. Click a number to call it with your default telephony program. This works only if a program for telephone links is set up on your computer.

Check the result and troubleshoot

  • Success: a call you just made appears in the list after a short time. Click Refresh to reload.
  • “No calls to show” with the note “Recent conversations appear here when call records are available.”: there is no CDR data for your numbers.
  • “Call history could not be loaded.”: click Try again. If the error remains, the data source is temporarily unavailable.
  • A call is missing permanently: the administrators check the CDR input and the retention period of the connection.
  • The area is missing: the call list is not released for your connection.
