Auto Delete Endusers Tasks
See which users were cleaned up automatically, and stop or restart the process.
In EasyUC: EasyUC Cisco → Reporting → Automatisierung & Änderungen → Auto Delete Tasks
What it is for
When a user is deleted in the CUCM, EasyUC can clean up the user's devices, lines and voicemail automatically. The rules for this are set on the CUCM connection. This page shows what the automatic process has actually done.
The deletions are combined into one group per run. For each deleted user you see the status and the log. You can stop a running process and restart a stopped one.
Prerequisites
- Permission View Auto Delete Tasks Page (
ROLE_APP_VIEW_AUTO_DELETE_TASK_PAGE). - For stopping and restarting, Stop/Restart Auto Delete Process (
ROLE_APP_UPDATE_AUTO_DELETE_TASK). - Auto Delete Endusers is enabled on the CUCM connection.
Step by step
Fields and options
| Field / action | Meaning and use |
|---|---|
| Status | pending, success, not success, Config Disabled or process stopped. |
| Processed at | Time at which the entry was processed. |
| Stop Process Automatically | Setting on the connection: with a maximum number of deleted users per day, the automatic process stops by itself. |
| Set Devices as Spare | Setting on the connection: devices are not deleted but marked as spare devices with a description. |
| Send Emails | Setting on the connection: notification to the stored addresses. |
Check the result and troubleshoot
- Successful entries show success with a timestamp.
- process stopped: The group was stopped manually or by the daily limit. Check the user list before you restart.
- EasyUC does not run deletions automatically that are older than two days. They are stopped, logged and stay visible here until you check and restart them.
- After the automatic process is switched on again, the dialog on the connection reports that pending groups from earlier days were stopped so that they are not processed retroactively. Check these groups here and restart them if needed.
- Config Disabled: The automatic process was switched off at the time of processing.
