What it is for

A report schedule sends call evaluations by email at regular intervals, without anyone opening the user interface. Typical cases are the daily reachability of a hunt group for the team lead or the monthly calls of a department.

There are three types: Users Schedule, Hunt Groups Schedule and Lines Schedule. A daily report contains the data of the previous day, a weekly report that of the previous week, a monthly report that of the previous month.

Prerequisites

  • Licence module cucm, a working CDR import and SMTP configuration.
  • Permissions View Reporting Schedule Page (ROLE_APP_VIEW_REPORTING_SCHEDULE_PAGE) and Create Scheduled Reports (ROLE_APP_CREATE_REPORTING_SCHEDULE), for changes Update Scheduled Reports, for deletion Delete Scheduled Reports.
  • The recipient addresses have been agreed.

Step by step: Users Schedule

  1. Open Reporting → Automatisierung & Änderungen → Schedule (the menu group means automation and changes). The page is called Scheduled Reports.
  2. Under Users Schedule, click New Job.
  3. Choose the user group type: All Users, Choose Users from the whole list or Users by Selected Location. In each case click select and then Next Step.
  4. If you select from the list, choose the users, 100 at most, and click Next Step.
  5. Under How will this report be sent?, choose daily, weekly or monthly and, if required, the day of the week or the day of the month.
  6. Under Add a name for the schedule, enter the name.
  7. Enter the email addresses. Use add new email field to add recipients.
  8. Click Next Step, check the Overview and click Add Schedule.
