EasyUC for Cisco
Analyse and export CURRI logs
Follow every CURRI decision live with result, caller and destination, filter it and save it as CSV.
In EasyUC: EasyUC Cisco → CURRI → Curri Logs
What it is for
For every call that the CUCM has queried at EasyUC, the CURRI logs show the decision: name found, unknown, blocked, announcement played or forwarded. This lets you check whether phonebook, blacklist and rules take effect as planned.
The first page of the list updates continuously and carries the Live badge. The History tab contains the CSV exports that were created.

Check the result and troubleshoot
- A test call appears at the top of the list within a short time.
- A total count with a plus sign means that there are more entries than are counted.
- In the History tab, the warning "No Curri Logs found!" means that there were no entries at the time of the export.
- "All the curri logs will be deleted! This job will continue in the background": The deletion cannot be undone. Export first if you need the data.
