End-user portal
Sign in to the enduser portal and read the dashboard
Sign-in with the CUCM user ID, cluster selection and an overview of the start page.
In EasyUC: Enduser portal → Sign In → Dashboard
What it is for
In the enduser portal you manage your own telephony in the browser: call forwarding, line keys, voicemail, fax, phonebook and groups. You see only your own devices and numbers.
You sign in with the same credentials that apply to your user in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). The portal checks the password directly on CUCM and does not store it.
After sign-in you arrive at the Dashboard. It brings together call list, forwarders, busy control, devices and groups on one page.
Prerequisites
- Your administrators have switched on the portal for your CUCM connection (Enable Enduser Local Site).
- You know the portal address. It has the form
https://<address>/enduser/. - You have a CUCM user with a password. Your user has been imported into EasyUC by the administrators.
- The administrators define per connection which areas the dashboard shows: Call history on dashboard, Forwarders on dashboard, Busy control on dashboard, User phones and line details, Pickup groups on dashboard, Hunt groups on dashboard.
Step by step: sign in
Step by step: read the dashboard

Check the result and troubleshoot
- Success: you see “Hello, <your first name>” and your number below it.
- “Username or password is incorrect”: check user ID, password and the selected cluster. If the error remains, contact the administrators. Your user may not have been imported for the portal yet.
- “Too many failed sign-in attempts. Please wait a moment and try again.”: wait a moment. Further attempts extend the waiting time.
- “The enduser portal is disabled for the selected cluster. Please contact your administrator.”: the portal is not switched on for this cluster. Select the right cluster or ask the administrators.
- “The code is not valid”: the two-factor code is wrong or has expired. Use the current code.
- “Sign-in is currently unavailable. Please try again.”: technical problem. Try again later and report it if it recurs.
- An area of the dashboard is missing: the administrators have not released it for your connection.
