Reports and analysis
Create, compare and export the cluster report
Record the CUCM inventory, compare two states and export them as PDF or Word.
In EasyUC: EasyUC Cisco → Reporting → Bestand & Systemzustand → Cluster-Gesamtbericht
Images come from the EasyUC lab. Names and example values provide orientation. A different interface language is indicated beside the relevant image.
What it is for
The cluster report records the current state of a CUCM cluster: servers, devices, lines, patterns, SIP trunks, gateways, parameters, users and Voicemail. If you create a second report later, you see exactly what has changed.
Every finished report and every comparison can be downloaded as PDF or Word. A schedule creates the report automatically and sends it by email. The collection runs in the background and only reads from the CUCM.
Prerequisites
- Role

Check the result and troubleshoot
- A finished report shows the creation time, the number of objects and the buttons PDF and Word.
- "This section could not be collected": The section is missing. This does not mean that there are no objects.
- "This report has collection gaps or warnings. Missing data does not mean that no objects or changes exist."
- "Not comparable" in the comparison: The section was not collected completely in one of the reports.
- "Only the first changed objects are listed in detail.": The number behind Changed gives the total.
- "The file could not be downloaded. Please try again."
- An inventory report does not replace a backup. It documents, it does not restore anything.
