In the customer portal you add licences to the cart and place the order. The invoice, licence files and downloads are then available there. For larger installations we are happy to prepare a quote.

Licences billed yearly run for one year at a time. The expiry date is in the licence file and in the customer portal.
The licence is valid until the date in the licence file. When you renew, you get a new file in the customer portal and upload it. No reinstallation is needed. Your data stays on your system either way, and we have no access to it.
Yes. For a test installation we issue a time-limited trial licence. Let us know briefly what you would like to test.
Yes. Updates and patches are included for the licence term and can be downloaded from the customer portal.
The ACD licence counts agents logged in at the same time. How many agents are set up in total does not matter.
No. The SBC is part of EasyUC. You need the Teams Direct Routing licence and, for more concurrent calls, channel packs where required.
