End-user portal
Set the busy behaviour (busy trigger)
Define whether a second call is offered as call waiting or the caller gets a busy tone.
In EasyUC: Enduser portal → Dashboard → Busy control
What it is for
The busy trigger defines from how many simultaneous calls your line reports busy. With the value 1 a second caller gets the busy tone at once or is forwarded according to your busy forwarding. With the value 2 a second call can still be offered as call waiting.
The portal sets the value for all lines on your own phones in one go. This also applies to lines you share with others. In CUCM the busy trigger of the line entries on your devices is changed.
Prerequisites
- The enduser portal is switched on for your CUCM connection (Enable Enduser Local Site) and you can sign in.
- The administrators have released Busy control on dashboard. Otherwise the area is missing.
- To change the value, Allow users to change busy trigger must also be released. Without it you see the value but cannot change it. The portal then shows Managed by your administrator.
- At least one phone with a line is assigned to you. Device profiles are excluded.
